We have recently undertaken an ecological assessment of a site in Monmouth. Our ecologists worked closely with the client to secure a smooth passage through planning. The design of the scheme was modified after consultation with the county ecologist to ensure that the biodiversity value of the site was maximised whilst maintaining a viable development.
