bat survey brecon

Acer Ecology was commissioned to undertake a bat survey of a building in Tenby, Pembrokeshire.

Under the Wildlife and Countryside Act and the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017, bats and their roosts are fully protected in the UK. As a result of this, your local planning authority may ask you to have a bat survey done. This will establish the presence or likely absence of bat roosts within trees and buildings, and identify bat activity (including key commuting and foraging routes).
