bat survey cowbridge

Acer Ecology was commissioned to carry out a bat survey of a building at Llandough, near Cowbridge, South Wales. Acer Ecology regularly carries out surveys across South Wales.

Acer Ecology’s fully licensed ecologists are experienced in bat survey, European Protected Species licensing, and mitigation design and implementation and supervision of works. Bats and their roosts are fully protected under the Wildlife and Countryside Act and the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017.

The objective of a bat survey is to establish the presence / likely absence of the bat roosts within trees and buildings, to identify the activity of bats across the site and key commuting and foraging routes and to recommend ecological mitigation and enhancement where required.

We provide tailored quotes to potential clients on a case by case basis.
