With the whole country braced for winter storms and the leaves beginning to turn shades of gold and red, it’s a sure sign that the survey season for most protected species is over. While this does mean that all of our staff get a break from watching the sun rise and set each day, it does not mean that our work is done!
Bat scoping and extended phase one surveys can still go ahead, with any further surveys required, recommended for next spring.
Bird flight surveys for prospective wind turbine sites can continue through the winter months.
So, no matter what surveys your planning application requires, get in touch.
