We recently carried out a Preliminary Ecological Appraisal in Gloucestershire for a site that was proposed for development. The site comprised of mosaic of agricultural fields and mature hedgerows. We were able to work alongside our client and the project’s architect to ensure that all ecological integrity of the site was maintained. Planning and ecological considerations were identified at an early stage, thus eliminating the risk of costly and timely delays further along the planning process.
If you require an ecology survey as part of a planning application, we can help ensure that your development passes through the planning process in a smooth and timely manner.
