We were commissioned to undertake an ecological assessment of a site in Yate, South Gloucester.

We commenced with an extended Phase I Habitat survey, followed by further surveys for reptiles and nesting birds. We worked closely with the client to secure a smooth passage through planning.

The design of the scheme was modified after consultation with the county ecologist to ensure that the biodiversity value of the site was maximised whilst maintaining a viable development.
